Dan Clarke is a former Formula Ford Festival winner and Champ Car podium finisher. On his home simulator Dan is using a set of Sim Pedals Ultimate:
“For the past 8 years I’ve found simulators to be helpful for my own professional racing. In fact my first use of iRacing helped me learn Mid Ohio Sports Car Course and qualify P3, finishing P2, in my first weekend driving there in the Firestone Indy Lights Series.
Since then my simulator has evolved into a 3-screen setup , direct drive wheel system, and other developments to enhance the realism. Heusinkveld Engineering are my choice of pedals and I found them to elevate my simulator driving standard as soon as I installed them a couple of years ago.
Real-world racing friends also can now hop on the simulator and be immediately fast and consistent with the Sim Pedals Ultimate. That’s certainly something that never happened with other equipment!”
