Richard Verschoor

F4 Champion and Macau Grand Prix winner

Richard Verschoor started his career in karting, taking the CIF-FIA Karting Academy Trophy in 2014 and becoming German champion in 2015. He then made the transition to Formula 4, dominating both the SMP F4 Championship and the F4 Spanish Championship.

In the following seasons he had race- and podium winning campaigns in Formula Renault, the Toyota Racing Series and in GP3.

His biggest success came in 2019 when he won the Macau Grand Prix. Driving for Dutch team MP Motorsport, he became the first Dutch winner of the race since it’s inception in 1954.
