Heusinkveld RaceCenter pedals are a durable and reliable solution for commercial users who need maximum uptime of their simulators.

The design of these pedals is focused on durability and easy maintenance, all while offering a realistic pedal feel using load cell sensors and a force sensing brake. With the main pedal parts constructed out of laser cut steel, oversized load cell sensors (insensitive to dust and dirt and do not wear out ) and overload protection on every pedal these are suited for high-frequency commercial use.

Whether you operate a simracing venue or need pedals for civil training purposes, the wide range of possible adjustments ensure RaceCenter pedals can be set-up in a perfect way for your application. For larger projects we offer comprehensive spare- & maintenance packages.

Proven Heusinkveld technology has been used to ensure long-term durability and reliability. Quality bearings and tight manufacturing tolerances on critical points such as pivots minimize wear and unnecessary play. Tested up to one million duty cycles under high load, this pedal set will go the distance in any commercial environment.

Heusinkveld RaceCenters 2-pedal set contains a throttle and brake pedal  

Throttle
The throttle pedal gives a solid, smooth and controlled race feel. It is fitted with a long pedal plate, your clients will have no problem keeping their foot planted on the pedal. The throttle is fitted with an oversized loadcell which acts as a position sensor. The sensor is protected from abuse by a physical end stop and is unfazed by dust or dirt.

Brake
The brake pedal enables you to configure any brake pedal feel, ranging from easy-going road cars to thoroughbred race cars. Simply change the brake pedal resistance (4 settings) and required force ((from appr. 15kg to 70kg).  Designed to withstand frequent abuse,  featuring an oversized 200kg loadcell, resulting in a maximum actual pedal force of 70kg. The elastomers are clamped between newly designed cup spacers, these elastomers show absolute minimal wear even after thousands of hours of use.  

RaceCenter pedals can be mounted with the included flanged M6 bolts (Torx 25) onto a very rigid base. Longer bolts are included for bases with different thicknesses.

Heusinkveld has extensive experience with supporting high-volume simulator builders and operators of sim centers. Although our products have proven themselves to be extremely reliable, no product will ever have an uptime of 100%. 

In addition to the RaceCenter pedal product itself, we therefore offer the following additional components to support your operations. These can be either used for periodic maintenance or, in the rare case of a technical malfunction, serve as (drop-in) replacement:

RaceCenter pedals feature an external controller box which is supplied with every pedal set. The RaceCenter electronics platform has been tested to be compliant with all applicable European EMC-norms and regulations. This means that you can count on trouble-free operation, even in areas with high interference from other electronic devices. 

Please note that RaceCenter pedals are designed for commercial use in large scale simulator deployments. For professional race car driver training we advise you to take a look at our Ultimate+ pedals. For home-use Esports we recommend our Sprint pedals. 

This product is supported on PC’s with Windows 10 or newer. It is not supported on Linux or consoles such as Xbox or Playstation. 

The pedals are pre-calibrated (plug-and-play). If you want to use SmartControl to recalibrate or adjust certain pedal settings, you need to run Windows 10 or newer. 

RaceCenter pedals have passed EMC compliance testing. 

Heusinkveld RaceCenter pedals come with powerful configuration tools allowing you to set up your pedals in ways not previously possible: SmartControl & SmartControl Live. Working together with our own electronics platform, SmartControl allows for mapping of (non-linear) pedal output curves, pedal deadzones and brake pedal force. 

Using SmartControl Live, adjustments to pedal settings can be made by the drivers themselves. Do you want to give a driver the option to swap between a 35kg brake pedal and a 70kg brake pedal with one push of a cockpit button? This is possible with Heusinkveld RaceCenter pedals.
