The Heusinkveld Sprint pedals offer an incredibly responsive and precise feel, with each pedal delivering a smooth and consistent action. The brake pedal provides a solid, firm resistance that mimics the real-world sensation of braking, offering a high level of control and feedback. Mathematical models were developed to calculate pedal movement and the required force, accurately predicting how each pedal will perform in any configuration. Design tolerances have been fine-tuned to minimize play in every pedal. They are insensitive to dust and dirt and do not wear out, resulting in unmatched accuracy and durability over time. All critical pivot points feature slide bearings and have undergone automated durability tests to ensure reliable performance after one million cycles.

Components
Heusinkveld Sprint 2-pedal set contains a throttle and brake pedal.
Mounting
Each pedal is equipped with four mounting slots, allowing forwards and backwards adjustments to be made for optimal ergonomics. Because the Sprint pedals can handle relatively high operating forces (up to 65kg at the brake pedal), you must install the pedals on a very rigid base.
Possible mounting solutions are aluminium profile beams, a thick metal (drilled) plate or our Sprint Baseplate.
The folllowing mounting materials are included:

• 12x M5 flanged nut
Electronics
The all new electronics have been integrated in the brake pedal. This allows for a clean setup with a minimum of wire clutter.
The controller board has received a conformal coating in order to shield it from moisture and dust. The product as a whole is CE certified and has been tested to be compliant with all applicable European EMC norms and regulations.
FAQ
Please note that these pedals cannot be installed on a floor without further support, or in a wheel stand where there is no solid connection between the pedals in the seat. A full frame rig/simulator is always required for the Sprint pedals, even if you use the optional Sprint Baseplate.
The Sprint pedals can be used in the following driving simulator environments:
– For home use (eg. eSports simulators, simracing enthusiasts)
– For professional driver training and commercial applications we offer other pedal options.
This product is supported on PC’s with Windows 10 or newer. It is not supported on Linux or consoles such as Xbox or Playstation.
SmartControl
Our Heusinkveld Sprint pedals come with a powerful configuration tool allowing you to set up your pedals in ways not previously possible: SmartControl. Working together with our own electronics platform, SmartControl allows for instant mapping of (non-linear) pedal output curves, pedal deadzones and brake pedal force.
These adjustments can be made without the need to recalibrate the pedals(including iRacing). All settings can be saved to profiles and reloaded with just a few clicks.

Heusinkveld SmartControl Live is an innovative software tool to adjust your controller settings to your own preferences while driving. Activate SmartControl profiles for different cars and classes at the touch of a button, without having to leave the simulator software.

Not all load cell pedals are equal. Sprint pedals have properly implemented load sensors based on mathematical design models. So you can rely on a true 1-on-1 relation between your driving inputs and the pedal output to the simulator.
