All information on shipping & support during the holidays

Dear customer,

There will be some changes to our support and shipping schedule during the holidays. Below we’ll inform you about all important changes.

Shipping during the holidays

Our final UPS shipment before Christmas will be at the 24th of December. Orders which are paid before Dec. 24th 9am CET will ship.

Between Christmas and January 4th there will be one shipping date for orders and support shipments: Tuesday December 29th. Orders paid before Dec. 29th 9am will ship.

Regular shipping will resume January 4th.

Shipping to the UK

Due to Covid-19 restrictions shipments to the UK may be severely delayed. Combined with a closure of our office during the holidays we need a bit of your patience when it comes to sorting out any issues. Please be assured that whatever the issue is, we will help you out but it may take some time.

Additionally, as per 1-1-2021 we will start charging 0% VAT on UK shipments due to Brexit. Please note that your order may be subject to import taxes at UK customs. When you order as a UK customer in 2021, please check that you are charged 0% VAT at Heusinkveld before paying your order.

Email & Support

Urgent support requests (eg. product malfunction) will receive priority during the holidays. Non-urgent requests will be answered from January 4th onwards.
