If you have any questions about our simracing products, need help with installation or something is not working properly, our Support Team is happy to help you. During the holiday season our Support Team is available at support@heusinkveld.com from Monday – Friday from 9am-6pm CET.
Shipping
Have you placed an order or will you be receiving a replacement part? Then please note our modified shipping days:
- Last shipping before Christmas Day is on Friday 24-12 at 11am CET.
- There is a single shipping day at Wednesday 29-12-2021 at 11am CET.
- Regular shipping service will resume from Monday 3-1-2022 onwards.
We ship with UPS, so you will have your products within a few days.
From Monday 03-01-2022 onwards we will be back as usual and are already looking forward to starting the new year with you.
