From Monday – Friday, we will try to answer your questions within 24 hours, as usual. During the Christmas and New Year’s Eve weekends, we ask for your understanding that a reply may take a little longer.
Shipping
Have you placed an order or will you be receiving a replacement part? Then please note our modified shipping days:
- Last shipping is on Friday 23-12-2022 at 11 a.m. CET.
- There is a single shipping day at Wednesday 28-12-2022 at 9 a.m. CET.
- Regular shipping service will resume from Monday 2-1-2023 onwards.
We ship with UPS, so you will have your products within a few days.
From Monday 02-01-2023 onwards we will be back as usual and are already looking forward to starting the new year with you.
